Welcome to Jenn Cat LLC, your go-to for Remote Online Notary. Did you know that as of 2023, you can sign documents electronically in New York from home? With online notarization approved by the Supreme Court, you can get your notarized documents online. Smart phone or any tablet/computer with internet connection 2. A SCANNED version of your paperwork, not signed or edited 3. Have access to email 4. Video conferencing capabilities If you do not have any of those on the list, I will not be able to perform the remote notary duties and we could discuss setting up an in person notary appointments. Those rates START at $25.00. Please be advised I use BlueNotary has my RON (Remote Online Notarization) platform. With using BlueNotary you will have to follow all prompts in order to notarize with me. In order for us notaries to stay compliant with New York State Law and use software program that uses KBA (Knowledge Based Authentication) and credential analysis. It is a few extra steps in the process but at least your notarized documents will not come into question and the documents are within compliance of New York State.
